I had asked for a X5 courtesy car as I was interested in buying one, instead I got a 1 series manual car... The complete opposite!
Fault rectified within 2days, including ordering spare and fitting

Satisfied with the work carried out but a little bit shocked by the bill. Have spent over £800 on brake remediation work this month (new pads/front discs/1 front calliper). Having said that only spares required over the last 6 years was a new battery

I can't see how it could be improved.
The appaulling level of service from Lloyds, including being told what transpires to be out right lies to avoid a car being repaired in the warranty period.
Car was washed, cleaned out which was very much appreciated, but what I noticed was the screen wash hadn't been checked as it wasnt working. This I thought would have been picked up by the technician at service.

The service I received was precisely as I had hoped, the process of repair and timings fully explained and my time in the showroom usefully spent with coffee, newspapers and comfortable surroundings.
Service completed in the timescale. Car was washed thoroughly. Service staff are what I expect from BMW. Professional and courteous!

I was informed that my next service was due in 2800 miles and would require carrying before my service package ran out within 6 weeks. This was incorrect, as the package still had over a year to run.The error was accepted when pointed out.
Very quick , help full and efficient
8 weeks to repair the car. Part required took 4 weeks to arrive, and that was only as i complained to BMW UK directly and the part was miraculously sent overnight. Quite embarrassing given it wasn't a lead time issue, just a priority issue.
they have always been fare and the service desk have a mechanical background making explaining any faults easy.
