Had to re book as on inspection the work on my car was to take longer. No problem though I would rather have my car to use.

Exhaust system flexible hoses have been replaced using BMW repair parts at a cost well under the initial estimate for a replacement part system, and the car has passed its MOT.

The i-drive on the car doesn't work properly. Nobody went through the set-up/working of the system at delivery stage. I only found it wasn't working a couple of days later. Apparently the car wasn't set-up at factory. I still await a fix for my car.
Staff were knowledgeable and did not rush. Gave me time to ensure we were happy before handover.
The paperwork has handled efficiently, and the demonstration of the car's key features was very useful, given how much cars have changed since may last E39 BMW. Not having a dipstick was quite a revelation!
The attentive detail, the test drive, the sneaky peak soon after delivery, the good humour, the coffee and the brolly! The BMW Order Status Updates via email are a great idea, I enjoyed following the progress of the production process.
They unveiled my new car and made me feel very special but I feel a bottle of champagne/wine etc would have made it even better
