hassle free service and good quality of courtesy car without any insurance add on cost nonsense. Were not phased when they realised service should have included MOT when I dropped the car off and did it during same visit.

Told MOT would take one hour on phone and done as a while you wait, but on arrival service adviser changed that to 2 hours. Actually only took one hour but would not have been happy with two hours as could have made alternative arrangements beforehan

I couldn't see the point of this check. The car had been serviced by Lloyds in January of this year. Why did it need another check so soon after? Furthermore, I have had no indication of what was checked as part o this work.

I had to complete the 'running in' service at 1200 miles, I would have been at 1500 miles had Lloyd Cockermouth not lent me a vehicle for 24 hours to carry out the service. Thank you.
