My car was due a free winter health check. When I booked my car in for a service I was told this would be done at the same time and they would need my car 90 mins. Also it needed a control systems update. Neither was done it was handed back in 1hour
New tyres fitted at a good price
Prompt attention on the phone, efficient and personable service at the desk and useful feedback via video and printed report. All done within the specified time. As always.
My visit was due to multiple components which if treated separately I may have scored differently. My Z4 was booked in for a service which couldn't be done as parts not available! Also included a failed MOT and a repair recovered successfully.
Marked down slightly as I was not offered courtesy car or transport option.

Staff unaware of previous work carried out, poor /incorrect advice given and rude / inappropriate comments made by front line staff upon return of vehicle keys. Decrease in service / customer care since car ran out of warranty.

Almost completely satisfied, I find it a little annoying to have to keep seeing the oil filler signal every time I switch off.

Communication during the build phase appreciated.Needs to be more accurate and manage customer expectations. Identical e-mails 3 weeks apart twice is very poor. Informing me that car will be at dealership shortly when it took 3 weeks also v poor
