Obviously we could not enjoy the usual BMW hospitality such as coffee and biscuits but, considering the Covid 19 restrictions, the experience was a satisfactory as was permitted by law.
The team at Cockermouth where brilliant,especially David for sorting everything out for me,I upgraded the wheels to 20" performance ones and also extras such as a rear dog guard and floor tray and x protect paint treatment,car looks fantastic..

The transaction was done during lockdown so i was unable to deal face to face. I already knew what i wanted in relation as to what car and the salesman Alex was extremely helpful in finding me the car and spec i wanted.
I was kept up to date regularly by the sales executive on the status of my vehicle and the handover experience was perfect. The sales executive took his time explaining the different parts of my vehicle in order for me to achieve the full benefit.
