Don't really care too much about the actual service, I'm sure it was done properly. The staff service, a brand new BMW as a courtesy car and my car spic & span inside & out when I got it back. That's what sets you apart.

Prior to the service I made it clear the time at which I needed to collect the car. I was only advised at collection that a belt needed to be changed, not notified or done during service. This was at the inconvenience of another one hour of waiting.
After sales care is superlative. Currently having a problem with mice eating cables etc. and they could not be more helpful.

The service adviser was extremely efficient isn't and helpful. I only scored this less than completely satisfied as I was advised of work that should be considered despite the office giving significantly conflicting advice.
The new part was fitted quickly and painlessly. The lady in customer services named Angela took her time to explain fully the work that had been done and explained that the car had been washed and vacuumed. She deserves a special mention.

i had the same part replaced a while ago but still paid for the second new part, I have never had a spring break on any of my many cars to have the same spring break twice is a design fault.
I was impressed by the service, particularly the car valeting. The interior surfaces had all been cleaned as had the inside of the windows.
Good communication throughout and all went well. Always available to help and offer support if needed.

Great and prompt service, felt like a very personal service from Jackson who managed my sale. Staff at the dealership were incredibly friendly and lent us a car without question for the day for a familiarisation drive.
Sales executive kept me fully informed without being intrusive and I felt I was being looked after properly. The handover/ delivery was thorough and clear.
The car came in the time I was told and everything was set up to make the whole experience comfortable and pleasant. The salesman was extremely helpful.
All aspects of the deal were explained from finances prior to placing an order to operating the vehicle to me on delivery.
