Easy to arrange; good service on dropping off and picking up the vehicle; friendly, helpful staff; a little expensive (£50 MOT) but standard for a main dealer.

In total. 9 hours of travel to and from Cockermouth, wrong diagnosis cost me over £230 for a needless software update. Staff are pleasant but inefficient.

Since I bought the car only 6 months ago I have been made to feel like an annoyance and inconvenience when trying to get answers and solutions regarding my issues. Also being kept in the dark for days/weeks and having to chase them up constantly

Car only went to Lloyds Cockermouth because of the 'Recall Notice'. Swift service and delivered on time. Car washed & hovered out before being returned to me even though it didn't need it.
