I have been dealing with them for 35 years and all of the staff are highly trained polite and courteous people from the cleaning staff right up to the senior management and all of the mechanics. Always a delight to drive away with a nice cleaned car.

Very professional however whilst driving my car 2 days after picking it up a oil warning appeared. I contacted Lloyd's cockermouth who were very apologetic and immediately arranged for me to take the car into the Newcastle branch were it was checked.
Nothing to be dissatisfied about
Had my winter check, highlighted battery and washer problems which were soon fixed.
The sales team were very keen to make sure that my experience was as positive as possible and spent significant time with me to work through the part exchange and details of the new vehicle to make sure it met my needs.

Given an auto loan car and upgraded from 1 to 3 series due to having an injured ankle and being tall. Updated as soon as the vehicle was ready for collection. Loan car brought to the front so I had less distance to walk on crutches.

service was carried out without any messing about and everything was explained and checked
Everything that they were going to do was explained before you left the car and explained what work was carried out and the vehicle check sent out by the engineer to my phone alerted me to a tyre problem I needed to be rectified asap.
Was offered a discount on an MOT as a come back offer and was nearly charged full price even tho when booked it was confirmed it was only £25 instead of £49.99. lucky i had kept the text with offer otherwise I'd of been made to pay full price.
They did what they said they would do earlier than promised.

As mentioned in the earlier question - first class service.
I was provided with a suitable loan car. The work was done as required. The work was completed within the requested timescales. The staff were friendly and welcomming despite me turning up later than agreed due to traffic.
Fault diagnosed by Ian by visual inspection and solution agreed. DSC sensor rings and sensors visibly scuffing so both replaced. Hopefully issue is resolved. Also winter health check is a welcome service to give peace of mind before the cold sets in.
Nothing to fault and a pleasant customer facing experience.
All staff lovely and friendly, to improve it would have been better to know that I could have used a hire car before the service rather than when I picked the car up.
