The brake fault was analysed and rectified within five days. Also the starter motor was replaced due to the recall.

Ask the service centre. My BMW XM which I have travelled under 4k miles in has two broken alloy wheels, and the service centre refuses to honour my warranty for the repair. You will be aware of similar issues as the internet is full of it.

Customer service was great but I found metal shavings from the repair I had done next to my drivers seat and for the price it cost for the repair I wouldn't of expected that especially after being offered a complimentary car hoover as well

Meant to take my car into service took a saleswoman Lucy finding out that the car was not yet ready for its service so she advised me to wait for the car to hit its mileage, which was very helpful and wouldn't affect my service plan.

You couldn't get the high voltage disconnected again. Same issue every time. Only one mechanic qualified to do. Had to be given a loaner car and you kept mine overnight

Not keen on the online check in system. It's pushing options I may or may not require. Anybody not fully familiar with their vehicle may chose one of these options when it's not necessary. I prefer personal service advice and recommendations.

The service received was great, but ultimately the electrical/warning light issue was not resolved and i spent £750 and still have the same issue (multiple warning lights/sounds come on/off frequently). This is now the 2nd garage not to fix the issue

Quick appointment time and very polite knowledgeable staff. The car was fixed quickly under warranty and cme back spotlessly clean. Alex and the girls on Reception are always helpful and keep me up to date with progress on repairs.

The people I was dealing with were friendly and professional, I was offered refreshments and with it being a hot day it was very welcome. The only issue I had was, I asked for a quote for a rear camera which I never received.

It was just fitting a roof bar. It's ridiculous that BMW chase for surveys for every little thing. You sent me a text 'we sent you an email and you haven't responded'. It's tempting to put in zeros out of frustration.

Fault was not correctly diagnosed and car failed with same fault 5 minutes after collection. Subsequent responses were good but I was without my car for several additional days. Service desk staff were excellent. Technicians poor.
