No problems with the quality of workmanship and helpfulness of the staff. Only issue was that the car needed to be in the workshop for a second day waiting for a tyre which took too long to fit.

The vehicle was in for safety recall, the document I signed stated a free safety check and I was asked if I wanted the car washed, I received no documentation to confirm the air bag had been changed, no safety check and the car was not washed!

Great Customer service making a claim for goodwill on my behalf, although this was rejected due to the age of the car, even though down to a BMW known design fault.Frustrating as if I hadn't looked after the car the fault would have presented earlier

The work was completed but whilst driving home there was an annoying squeak from the rear brakes. I had planned to return the car the next working day but the noise was not present on this journey.

A major service your vehicle is required at a cost of £500 I was told my brake pads were 8mm on the front and 3 mm on the rear I'd of at keast thought the rears would of been done in that price but on my return was given a quote of £270 to change.

I was disappointed to be charged an extra £30 on top of the approximate £60 figure on the BMW app. Apparently this was a computer reset charge. If this is BMW policy and not the dealers I strongly suggest the BMW app is updated and more accurate

Going on holiday and realising I had a problem so took it in and had it assessed and it was suggested that I left it for repair. Was then taken home to pick up 2nd car and went on holiday. Picked car up fixed on day of return.

Car was taken in for a recall and headlight investigation/ replacement. A replacement BMW was offered and accepted. Additional work meant the car was kept for longer than expected, but loan car extended with no issue. Great communication throughout
