Been a shambles from start to finish if im honest. Was meant to pick up car on 8th March but it arrived with a problem with paint work on front bumper. Ive still not got new car. Monday 16th is new collection date. Fiona was amazing though.

The salesperson (Scott) was very personable.He laid out my purchase options clearly including various quotes based on my budget. He was prepared to negotiate in order to meet my expectations and all in all, made my decision making much easier.

I had a very poor experience which was totally unlike anything I have seen before from BMW. What was agreed simply did not happen and on three occasions phone calls were not returned. Very disappointing

Initially I was disappointed. As nobody seemed that interested in selling me a car. I got emails and little else. I decided to go back in one more time and luckily for us Fiona was there. She was excellent with knowledge but more importantly talked.
