Been a shambles from start to finish if im honest. Was meant to pick up car on 8th March but it arrived with a problem with paint work on front bumper. Ive still not got new car. Monday 16th is new collection date. Fiona was amazing though.

The salesperson (Scott) was very personable.He laid out my purchase options clearly including various quotes based on my budget. He was prepared to negotiate in order to meet my expectations and all in all, made my decision making much easier.

An engine malfunction light was displaying on the dashboard. The car was booked in for 5/1/26 for repair but the light was still showing when we collected it. Diagnostic visit made 7/1/26, a further repair required. Still not resolved.

Feedback from mechanic was difficult to take in as he spoke so quickly. Had to listen to it 3 times to take it all in. This has happened on previous occasions. Car was there for service at 10.00 and was still where I parked it at 10.55!

I was made very welcome and dealt with very efficiently. I was told exactly how much the service would cost and how long the work would take. I received a text when my car was ready, which it was when I arrived not long after. Very good service.

I arrived at the allocated time. The car was taken swiftly for the new battery to be fitted. When the car was returned to me it was clean and tidy. Whilst i was waiting i completed some work on my laptop. All of the staff were friendly&approachable
