The garage set my throttle body up following a previous recall The engine used to tick over at 500rpm now its 750rpm so the car uses more fuel Because it's a while ago I am unable to take it back

Asked for a breakdown of the works carried out on our vehicle , was told we could access it via the EMAC website has we are on a monthly maintenance plan but we have never been sent a link to this! Cost,works done, money left in plan ?????
