I asked for a paint touch up. They said it would be there when I got the service. IT WASN'T. They said they'd order one and send it to me. THEY HAVEN'T. Two weeks later I still haven't had it.

Lloyds have done themselves proud, the fitted brakes make the car feel brand new and they discounted the labour used to try to fix things they couldn't fix (track rod end).

Lloyd Cockermouth staff are always friendly and polite. Nothing is ever a problem. My car was serviced quickly and was washed for me when I collected it.
